Read the following text to answer the question!

$(1)$ To support the movement of the national economy, the agricultural sector is one of the options to be developed. $(2)$ The agricultural sector is resource-based, where its development is more determined by production factors. $(3)$ This can be seen from the relatively large share of the agricultural sector in the gross domestic product (GDP). $(4)$ This reality is also proven by the fact that the agricultural sector has been able to survive during crisis conditions that have occurred in Indonesia.

$(5)$ The role of the agricultural sector can be seen from the number of workers and the relatively large contribution (share) of the sector to the GDP. $(6)$ Looking at the number of workers in the agricultural sector, this sector should have received more attention from the beginning, but the reality is quite the opposite. $(7)$ Industrial sectors that are not based (foot loose industry) on existing resources (resource-based) are actually developed [ . . . ] the development of this sector is highly vulnerable to fluctuations occurring abroad.

$(8)$ Such facts make the agricultural sector the backbone driving the wheels of the Indonesian economy. $(9)$ The food crop agriculture subsector is the agricultural subsector that makes the largest contribution to the agricultural sector's GDP. $(10)$ Regarding the contribution of the food crop agriculture subsector, it is still relatively small, both in terms of its share of the GDP and the number of workers. $(11)$ However, this subsector has the potential to be developed considering the potential and the land area which is still quite extensive, especially in the eastern part of Indonesia.
